Oktoberfest at Horse Thief Hollow returns for TWO nights of fun this Friday & Saturday, October 16 & 17.
Neil is making double batches of schnitzel, sausages, & other Bavarian favorites for the festivities. Jake has four European-inspired craft brews on tap, including fan favorite Wasserwolf Jäger Dunkel. And the Paloma Band will perform both nights, getting everyone yodeling & dancing to German folk, polka, waltz, & rock/pop standards.
Friday is waitlist only, but we still have seats available for Saturday. Book your party for Saturday at the link below.
Pro tip: wear Oktoberfest attire & you’ll get a special treat.
The Food
We’re bringing back our traditional Oktoberfest favorites, including house made Bratwurst, Jägerwurst, Litte Wing-Battered Cod & Braised Short Rib. And we’re introducing some new dishes, too!

The Drinks
Jake & Morrison have four excellent European-inspired craft beers on tap for this party: our award winning Little Wing Pilsner & Wasserwolf Jäger Dunkel, plus Squeeze Box Vienna-style Lager & Hellion Munich-style Helles Lager. And our bar manager Mario has whipped up some delicious craft cocktails, too!

The Music
The Paloma Band is legendary for their high-energy, crowd-moving live music that will turn the HTH dining room and bar into a dance floor. From musical cowbells to alpine horns, they play traditional German tunes as well as popular music with lots of audience participation. They definitely bring the party to the Hollow!

Online Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Because this is one of our most anticipated events of the season, our team pours incredible energy into prepping special menus, stocking up on fresh seasonal brews, & staffing up to give you the best experience possible. To ensure that every neighbor who wants a seat at the table can get one, we are introducing a new Toast Tables cancellation policy for our Oktoberfest reservations this year.
- The Policy: Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made inside this window or complete no-shows will incur a fee of $10 per person.
Why we’re doing this: Limited-capacity events fill up fast, & “no-shows” mean empty tables that could have gone to other waiting families & friends. It also helps us respect our kitchen & service teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make the magic happen.
Thank you so much for your understanding, your respect for our staff, & your continued support of local, independent business. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
Prost!
