Traditional German Hefeweizen with mild clove and banana notes from the traditional German yeast. Smooth, bubbly, and naturally cloudy. ~ 5.0% ABV, 15 IBU. 16 oz. Weizen glass.

This Pale Ale dates back to Neil’s home brewing days, a time when money was short to come by, but adventure was not. A juicy burst of hops gathered from around the world balances with a select grain bill and a touch of flaked rye. ~ 5.7% ABV, 45 IBU. 16 oz. pint.
English-style Brown Ale brewed with pistachios. This malty, auburn-colored ale with notes of biscuit, toffee, and roasted pistachios was brought back for our Craft Beer Week collaboration event with Open Outcry and Rainbow Cone. ~ 5.3% ABV, 28 IBU. 16 oz. pint.
A newer beer style that takes its name from bone-dry sparkling wines, this “Brut” Pale Ale is brewed to be crisp, hoppy, and refreshing. High carbonation delivers the citrus and pineapple hop notes and the dry finish makes this beer incredibly drinkable. 5.5% ABV, 30 IBU. 16 oz pint
An American Pale Ale brewed with late additions of Citra and Mosaic hops for refreshing and juicy flavor. ~ 5.8% ABV, 78 IBU. 16 oz. pint.

A hazy IPA brewed with oats and hopped Centennial and Zythos hops and dry-hopped with a tremendous amount of Citra and Cryo-Mosaic hops. This IPA pours hazy and has big, juicy citrus, mango, pineapple and pines notes that dominate the nose and finish! ~ 6.5% ABV, 100 IBU. 16 oz pint.
An American IPA with a piney and citrusy hop profile and and a medium copper body. Strong, bold, and hoppy. ~ 7.2% ABV, 67 IBU. 16 oz pint.
Traditional German-style sour ale, fermented in oak barrels and aged for 12 months. Brewed with salt, this beer is tart and citrusy with a slight, refreshing brininess on the finish. ~ 6.25% ABV, N/A IBU, 12 oz snifter.
Belgian-style Tripel fermented with Malbec grapes and aged on French Oak. ~ 10.4% ABV, 40 IBU. 12 oz. snifter.
This Black IPA is double dry hopped with Centennial and Simcoe hops. Notes of chocolate, coffee, and toasted malts balance big pine and citrus hop character. ~ 5.5% ABV, 24 IBU. 16 oz. pint.
