We’re about quality

pure and simple

What matters to us: authenticity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. These values are ingrained into Horse Thief Hollow. The award-winning beers we brew, the Southern-inspired food we make from scratch, our knowledgeable staff. Every inch of the old Beverly carpet store that we converted into a brewpub represents these values.

Yep, he did that

Horse Thief Hollow captures medals in prestigious beer competitions

We brew great beer and have the bling to prove it. The 2014 World Beer Cup awarded us a Silver Medal for our Cheval Deux, our fall seasonal French brown ale infused with sweet potato. Also in 2014, we took a Bronze with our signature 18th Rebellion Kolsch Ale, a Zwickelbier, at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival.
